Steven has been buying houses for the last 15 years. After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, Steven began working for a local investor who was primarily focused on buying bank-owned properties. After learning the ins and outs of renovating homes to receive the highest possible resale value, Steven set off on his own, determined to help homeowners before their home went to the bank. Along the way, Steven learned the many different reasons people need to sell their house quickly, and he is continually listening and learning to ensure he delivers maximum value to homeowners. Steven loves football, golf, and spending time with his dog Pete.
